While Members focus on the progress of business at the Organization, Odeprev Odebrecht Previdência helps them prepare for retirement. This private entity manages the Odeprev Monthly Income Plan, an incentive for Members to secure their future and build an asset for themselves and their families.

Odeprev’s main goal is to offer a flexible Supplementary Pension Plan to Odebrecht Organization Members. Its assets consist of the funds invested by the Participants and Sponsoring Companies. All Members of the Organization – either working in Brazil or abroad – can invest in the pension plan.
